End of Year Review Wednesday 9th December

Hi all,

On Wednesday 9th December we will be holding our end of year review for 2015.
We hope to see as many Mums and Dads (brothers, sisters are also welcome) in the den.
We will meet at 7pm and finish at 8pm.

It’s a great chance to see what the Cubs have been up to and what they’ve achieved during the year.
There’ll be tea and coffee and we might even stretch to a biscuit.

It will also give Rory a chance to say goodbye to the pack.

On the 16th we will be going to Bray Bowl for our Christmas Party, watch this space for more details.

Annual Subs and 12 Days of Christmas Tickets

12 Days of Christmas Tickets MUST be returned next Wednesday sold or unsold.
If not any tickets will not be entered in the draw.

Bray Head Hike

Hi all,

The Rovers have organised a hike up Bray Head this Sunday.
We will meet in the Raheen carpark at 8.45am and hike up with the other Cub and Beaver sections.
We will return to the Den for a cooked breakfast (by the Rovers) and then the plan is to meet up with the rest of the sections in the Carlisle Grounds for 12.30 for a Group photo to celebrate our 50 years.
All the Cubs should wear warm clothes and study shoes/runners/boots.
A small snack and drink should be brought.

Cubs must wear full uniform.

Please confirm attendance by contacting one of your Leaders.

Mermaid Theatre Visit

REMINDER

Tuesday 13th October we will be going to the Mermaid Theatre to see the Bláth Puppet Show.

We’re Back !!!

We hope you’ve enjoyed the summer (I use that term loosely)

We’re back on Wednesday 9th at the usual time 7pm to 8.10pm.

Make sure to get those uniforms and kneckers wash and ironed

Cubs on the water

Hi all,

We are hoping to go canoeing, weather permitting this Wednesday.  Cubs will meet at 6.50pm ready to go on the water.
Please ensure they have a towel old runners they can wear in the water and worm clothes for afterwards.

After over 30 years as a Leader in 5^th Wicklow Karen has decided to hang up her woggle and retire.  Wednesday night will be her last night in Cubs.
We will finish at the later time of 8.30pm so that we can gather in the den for a final farewell.
All mums and dads are of course invited to join us to bid Karen a very fond goodbye.
