Hi all

We finished off our year with a trip to Bray Bowl.
We played video games, pool, bowling and quaser.
Cubs are back on the 14th of January 2015.

To all our Cubs, their families and our leaders Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Cost is €10

Times 7pm to 8.30pm

Wednesday 10th December

Hi all,

What a night we had.
A fantastic turn out from the parents (thanks for taking the time to come down)

Parents please do send on any photos you took last night we’d love to post them here

We had our presentation of what the Cubs have done during the year.
We showed off our website (and if you’re reading this you know about it already)

Mums, dads, brothers, sisters, grannies and granddads went upstairs to get some tea and coffee while the Cubs stayed downstairs for inspection and got ready for the Special Interest badge presentation and Investiture.

The Cubs have done great work on their badge work, lovely baking and super projects.

Once the badges were presented (they should be sewn on the right arm picture HERE) we invested 14 new Cubs. They all followed Adrienne’s lead, recited the Cub Scout promise and are now officially members of Wednesday Night Cubs.

Rory was presented with his 20 Year Service Award by Fidelma our County Commissioner and one of the 5th Wicklow Leaders.

Fiona was presented with a gift from Stephen our Group Leader as thanks for all her years as a Leader.

Last but certainly not least Cormac was invested by his Mum as a Leader in Wednesday Night Cubs.

We hope everyone had a great night and we look forward to 2015

Wednesday 3rd December

Hi all,

We had a very busy night this week.
We collected the subs and 12 Days of Christmas tickets.

We discussed the End of Year Review, Investiture and Special Interest Badge work for next week.
Everyone has done brilliantly on their badge work, to see some of it click HERE

Please remember if the Cubs don’t do the work they will not get the badge

Cormac finished off the requirements with our new Cubs who are now ready for investiture next week.

Thanks to all the bakers everyone had banana bread, buns, brownies and muffins.
We finished with Grand Howl and headed home.
